This is the spread that makes my Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich. It's three ingredients in one bowl: creamy mayo, salty miso paste and a sharp kick from Dijon mustard!

Why You'll Love This Mustard Miso Mayo
- 3 ingredients, no cooking. Mayo, miso paste and Dijon. That's it.
- More flavor than plain mayo. The miso adds a deep, savory saltiness and the Dijon cuts through the richness.
- Makes enough for about 4 sandwiches. The batch makes about ½ cup, and each sandwich takes roughly 1½ tablespoons.

How to Use Mustard Miso Mayo
- Sandwiches and wraps: It's the spread in my Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich, both on the bread and folded into the warm chicken. It's just as good in my Tuna Melt or Chicken Shawarma Wrap, or any of my other sandwiches and wraps.
- Burgers: Spread it on the bun for my Crispy Panko Chicken Burger or Classic American Cheeseburger.
- Fries and potatoes: Use it as a dip for my Air Fryer French Fries, Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries or Air Fryer Cajun Potato Wedges.
- Chicken: It's a great dip for my Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets and Air Fryer Chicken Tenders, and an easy way to dress up leftovers from any of my chicken recipes.
- Salmon: Try spreading a thin layer on top of my Air Fryer Salmon before it cooks for a savory, golden top. Find more ideas in my seafood recipes.
- Deviled eggs: Mix a spoonful into the yolks for my Instant Pot Deviled Eggs. You'll find more in my egg recipes.
- Sushi and rice bowls: Drizzle it over my Salmon Poke Bowl or Sushi Cones. It fits right in with my other Japanese recipes.
- Party dip: Serve it with raw veggies or crackers next to any of my appetizers and snacks.
