Cozy Hot Drinks: Lattes, Chai and Hot Chocolate

Hot Drink Recipes to Make at Home
If you live in Canada like me, you know winter can really overstay its welcome. On those days I stay in and make myself something warm, and it's usually one of these hot drinks.
Some started as coffee shop orders I wanted to make myself, like the pumpkin spice latte and caramel brulee latte. Others are pure comfort, like my s'mores hot chocolate: creamy, all about the chocolate, and a good excuse for marshmallows.
And then there's chai. I grew up in New Delhi, but my parents never let me drink it as a kid, so I came to masala chai late. Now I crave it in the morning.
