Your knife needs to be sharp and high quality not only for efficiency but for safety!
2. Cutting Board
Essential to cut and chop your ingredients.
3. Peeler
Used to peel potatoes.
4. Large Wok
I use a wok for deep frying French fries, the chicken and shrimp for chicken and shrimp tacos, and fish and chips!
5. Slotted spoon
This tool is a must-have when maneuvering food that’s deep frying in oil in the wok.
6. Basting Brush
Add egg wash over pie crusts.
7. Instant Pot
