Mild Italian Turkey/Chicken Sausage


  1. In a large bowl, add the meat and all seasonings. Combine well using your hands or a fork.
  2. If using for breakfast sandwiches, divide the mixture into three equal portions and shape them into discs using your hands. Chill in the fridge or in the freezer until you're ready to use them.

Hey everyone! If you're in need of the best homemade Italian turkey sausage then this simple recipe is perfect for you! This is definitely my go-to recipe when I'm having sausage pasta or to form these sausages into patties for breakfast sandwiches. I used to purchase turkey or chicken sausages earlier but I realized how easy it is to make Italian sausage from home! I find adding your seasoning adds much more flavour to the meat and the your patties will be so juicy and tender. Enjoy for all of your favourite recipes that call for sausage!


Makes 3 patties

  • 150 G Ground chicken or turkey
  • 1/4 t Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 t Paprika
  • 1/4 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Pepper
