Mediterranean Marinated Grilled Chicken Burger with Bacon and Cheese

Hey everyone! This Mediterranean grilled chicken burger is the perfect treat if you're looking for an exciting new burger combination. Trust me, this is absolutely heavenly, and you'll see how to make it by watching the video above!

This recipe combines the delicious cheesiness from a classic burger, paired with a method of grilled chicken breast I've been loving to make when I need a quick meal! The chicken is marinated with Mediterranean flavours, and this combination of ingredients for this tasty burger sure was awesome and one of the best burgers I've made!   1. To prepare the marinade, pour olive oil, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, marjoram, basil, and parsley into a medium-sized bowl. Add in the chicken and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill pan or other pan on medium heat. Cook the chicken on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until the chicken has been cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, on another pan, add additional oil or butter and toast your burger buns until golden brown on each side.
  4. When the chicken has almost cooked through, put the cheese and bacon on top and cook for another minute.
  5. When the cheese has melted, assemble the burger. Put on some of your favourite hot sauce and then a bed of arugula, and add the chicken with the cheese and bacon. Add additional toppings. Serve hot and enjoy :)
  • 1 Chicken breast, halved
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 t Marjoram
