How to Cook the Perfect Omelette - Anadi's Classic Omelette

Hey everyone! This Indian-style omelette recipe is my all-time favourite omelette recipe ever. If you had any idea how much I eat this then you'd be surprised! No matter what, I just can't get enough of it! If you keep reading the recipe, you'll soon find out that there's just everything to love about this simple yet spicy omelette! This combination of ingredients is seriously addicting and packs in a punch of flavours!

Are you ready to finally know what makes this classic omelette recipe so exciting? It's simply green chilis and some onion, but boy is it awesome! I'm sure that you'll be guaranteed to love it! In the video above I also show the technique on how to cook the perfect omelette, so you can apply these tips to create omelettes with your favourite ingredients.

  1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, onion and green chilis. Add in the butter and when it melts, pour in the egg mixture. Swirl the pan around to make sure it's coated evenly and then put a lid on.
  2. Once your egg is cooked, fold it and serve with some nice buttered toast! Enjoy :)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-2 Green chilis
  • 1/2 Small onion, chopped
  • 1 T Butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
