Mint Chutneys - Two Ways

Hey everyone, here are two variations of mint chutney. This chutney is so versatile, as you can have it with all sorts of Indian snacks and mains such as tandoori chicken! This recipe will show you how to make the base chutney which is homestyle, and then I show you one of the many ways to spice it up to make it more restaurant style.

I would love to hear your feedback

  • 1/4 t Mango powder
  • 1/4 t Cumin powder

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until it forms into a smooth paste. Then adjust for seasoning. Stop here if you want the rustic homestyle chutney.
  2. For the restaurant-style chutney, add the yogurt, cumin powder and mango powder. Mix until the chutney becomes a lighter green and has a saucy consistency. Give it a taste and adjust for seasoning as necessary. Enjoy with your favourite Indian snacks such as samosas or mains such as paneer tikka!
