Hey everyone! This recipe is a simple egg white omelette with asparagus for an extremely nutritious and wholesome breakfast that is high in protein and gives you your serving of vegetables in the morning.
This alternative to a traditional omelette can be used in place of whole eggs for more protein and less fat, and you get the balance of vegetables from the asparagus. Although I personally don't eat this omelette myself (I prefer the classic omelette recipe which you can find here), I am more than happy to learn and share how to make the perfect egg white omelette for those who need it!
