Cookies 'n' Creme Drops Pancakes with Edible Cookie Dough

Hey everyone! I've recently discovered the Hershey's cookies n creme drops and I'm absolutely in love with them! They taste exactly like the classic chocolate bar that we all enjoy in super fun bite-sized pieces. In this recipe, I'm going to show you how to incorporate these cookies 'n' creme drops to make some amazing cookies and cream pancakes! They'll be topped with a super fun treat - edible cookie dough! You can pick up your favourite brand or make it from scratch with my favourite recipe. This will be like no other cookie dough - cookies and cream cookie dough using the drops as well! Of course this could also be done with the bar itself but I felt like having fun really enjoying these new treats!

I'm sure you're going to enjoy this delightfully sweet treat! Top it off with chocolate syrup and enjoy some extra drops with these fluffy pancakes. This stack is perfect for any occasion!

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 F. In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flour, egg, honey, baking powder,  M&Ms, sprinkles and vanilla extract. Either begin whisking with your hands or turn on your stand mixer, and gradually pour in water until you get a thick but runny pancake batter.
  2. Heat a pan to medium heat. Add a bit of butter and scoop out about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the pan. Cook for about a minute or two, until the pancakes start forming bubbles, then flip on the other side. One both sides are cooked, transfer the pancake onto a baking sheet and leave it warm in the oven. Repeat this step for the remaining batter.
  3. To make the cream cheese glaze, add the cream cheese, milk and sugar in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until until the ingredients have combined well.
  4. When all the pancakes have cooked, place one pancake and spoon on a bit of glaze. Stack on another pancake and repeat until you've coated the top pancake. Top with additional sprinkles and the berries. Serve hot and enjoy :)


Makes 6-8 pancakes

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 160 G Rolled Oats
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 t Vanilla Essence
  • 2 t Butter or cooking spray, for cooking
  • 4 T Hershey's cookies n creme drops, crushed and divided
  • 1 Serving of edible cookie dough
  • 2 T Chocolate syrup
  • Additional cookies n creme drops, if desired
