Coconut Flavoured Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats

Hey everyone! These coconut flavoured banana chocolate chip overnight oats are certainly packed with tastiness, and they'll be easy to prepare the night before a busy morning!

This is a super fun recipe of literally the best overnight oats I've had yet! I had some leftover coconut milk from a curry I made for dinner a few nights back so I decided this would be a perfect way to use it! I find the stirring of all the ingredients tedious and a bit time-consuming, so I decided to be creative and just throw everything into my stand mixer! Boy did that help!

If you want to have the creamiest overnight oats ever then I'm sure you're going love this recipe! Have a sweet and chocolatey start to your day and enjoy these creamy and easy-to-make overnight oats!


  1. Pour in oats, milk and coconut milk and mix. Add 2 tbsp honey, vanilla, chocolate chips, and the banana as your mixer is mixing.
  2. Transfer the contents into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, though ideally overnight.
  3. In the morning, top it off with additional chocolate chips, honey, and some Cool Whip. Enjoy the creaminess and sweetness to start your day! :)

  • 1 - 2 T Honey (to taste)
  • 1 /2 t Vanilla extract
