Buffalo Hot Chicken Wings are one of my favourite dishes to indulge in when I’m in the mood for some pub grub. I believe 3 things make for a great wing:
Hot, Hot, Hooot!
Now before you go on losing your mind that there is are a tonne more delicious and interesting flavours like Sweet and Spicy, Teriyaki, BBQ or even Butter Chicken Wings. Classics are called classics for a reason. The flavours of the classic Frank’s Buffalo Sauce (*not sponsored) tossed wings is simply timeless. And for me, the hotter the better.
The crispier the wings the more fun it is to eat. Baking in the oven does such a great job at making crispy wings. As the skin slowly cooks, the fat that is released helps crisp the wings without the excess fat involved with deep frying.
Tenderness The meat sealed inside the crispy skin is as juicy and tender as can be! This basic recipe can be used to create hundreds of variations of deliciously baked chicken wings.
Toss it in your favourite sauce and you will have crispy and tender chicken wings to suit your taste.
