Chocolate Chip Cookie Pancakes with Creamy Milk Dip

Hey everyone! These chocolate chip cookie pancakes with a creamy milk dip will bring you back to your childhood by enjoy chocolate chip cookies in pancakes!

I think chocolate chip cookies are near and dear to everyone's heart. We all know that the ultimate pairing is with a nice cold glass of milk to dip our cookies in! Let's celebrate our love for chocolate chip cookies by making huge cookies in the form of pancakes! Here I've got some classic chocolate chip pancakes but with a bonus...

They're quite literally chocolate chip cookie pancakes because I added chocolate chip cookies in the pancakes! Oh my gosh, adding the cookies into the batter is absolutely terrific! The extra chocolate chips and texture of the cookies make the pancakes that much fluffier, softer, and extremely delicious! Also let's not forget how incredible these smell while cooking!!

Since we need to pair our huge chocolate chip cookies with milk, I've decided to add an extra touch by making this dip creamy and sweet! Milk, cream cheese, and some sweetener are going to make the tastiest dip for your pancakes! Top with some extra cookies so you can enjoy snack time and breakfast time together! For an added bonus definitely use your own baked chocolate chip cookies in the batter, I'm sure that would be spectacular! Enjoy!

Makes 6

For the pancakes

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 160 G Rolled Oats
  • 2 t Baking Powder
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 t Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Chocolate chip cookies, crushed
  • 2 Chocolate chip cookies, for topping
  • 2 T chocolate chips

  • 4 T Cream Cheese
  • 3-4 t Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

For the creamy milk dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 F. In a large mixing bowl, add the oat flour, honey, vanilla, chocolate chips, baking powder, and the egg. Crush the chocolate chip cookies in a plastic bag or mash them in a bowl, and add the crushed cookies into the batter. Mix well using a stand mixer or a whisk until smooth and the batter has a thick yet runny texture.
  2. Heat a pan to medium heat, add some butter and using a 1/4 measuring cup start cooking the pancakes. Flip the pancake when you see bubbles start forming, about 1-2 minutes and cook on the other side for another minute. After each pancakes is done, transfer to the oven on a baking tray to keep warm.
  3. When all the pancakes have finished cooking, turn off the oven heat and let the pancakes stay warm. Make the creamy milk dip by adding the milk, sugar, and cream cheese in a bowl. Combine all the ingredients using a whisk or a handheld mixture. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or small bowl.
  4. To assemble the pancakes, simply lay all the pancakes on a plate and top with some extra chocolate chip cookies. Dip the cookies and pancake in your creamy milk mixture as you would dunk chocolate chip cookies! Serve hot and enjoy :)
