Hey everyone! Here is a simple recipe which is one of my favourite meals! This is a great breakfast or snack that can be prepared in only about ten minutes and it's perfect if you're craving pizza but don't want to go all out! You can use any cheese you like but I particularly recommend mozzarella since it brings a great gloss to the toast and is really stringy and melts the best. Enjoy!
