Healthy Deli Roasted Turkey Guacamole Lunch Wrap

Hey everyone! If you're looking for a healthy and creamy deli meat lunch wrap for a convenient and super delicious lunch then this is the recipe for you!

I haven't shared a wrap recipe in so long! That's mostly because I haven't made any in a really long time and have been experimenting with a ton of sandwiches, haha! But I made this wrap once a really long time ago and rediscovered it. The flavour combination is absolutely excellent which is why I think you're absolutely going to love it! This wrap uses only a few ingredients. It's super healthy and quick to prepare, and everything is so delicious. I love to grill the bread for a nice browning and for the cheese to melt and become stringy. Be sure to try this recipe when you want a healthy and tasty lunch. Enjoy!



Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 150 g deli turkey of choice (this would be great with deli chicken too!)
  • 2 white paratha breads or tortillas (recipe for my paratha breads can be found here)
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole (you can find my recipe here)
  • Handful of spinach 
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes 
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat. Add the cheese onto the bread, and when the pan is hot place the bread on it. Cook until the cheese begins to melt.
  2. Put the bread on a work surface or cutting board. Add the guacamole, meat, tomatoes, and spinach. Fold the bread to wrap it up, and cover in aluminum foil if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
