Juicy Chicken Seekh Kebab Rolls

Hey everyone! These juicy chicken seekh kebab rolls are one heck of a treat! They're definitely one of my favourite snacks to have because they are so hearty and flavourful.

This recipe will show you just how easy they are to prepare at home. All you need is a few key spices, green chiles, and onions and you have a mix that's full of bold flavours. This recipe will show you how to pair this kebab with a quick and tasty wrap. Enjoy!



Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric 
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander 
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz minced chicken 
  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped 
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 green chilli (Optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 roti or paratha 
  1. In a large enough bowl, add chicken mince along with the dry spices, onion, green chilli (if using) and ginger garlic paste. Add salt and mix until well combined.  
  2. In a large pan, heat mustard oil until it starts to smoke, reduce heat. In the meanwhile divide the mince in half and form it around a skewer using your index finger as a guide while pushing and squeezing with you hands until it resembles a sausage. 
  3. Add the kebab into the hot pan and cook until each side is lightly browned. around 5-6 minutes. The meat should be moist and fully cooked. 
  4. Serve hot as an appetizer or in a seekh kebab wrap with your favourite toppings. To make the wrap, place the kebab in the centre of your bread. Add green chiles, tomatoes and your favourite chutney. Serve hot and enjoy :)
