Creamy and Sweet Blueberry Oatmeal with Honey and Chia Seeds

Hi everyone! Here is a super simple and healthy blueberry oatmeal recipe that I'm sure you're going to love for a speedy but tasty breakfast! This will only take five minutes but it's so sweet and creamy by cooking the oats with milk and adding chia seeds. Top with honey and white chocolate chips for extra sweetness. Enjoy!

  • 50 g quick oats 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh/frozen)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 5g chia seeds
  1. Heat a saucepan on medium heat and add oats and milk and bring to a boil. 
  2. Add vanilla extract and once oats come a simmer, cook until they become thick or to your preference. 
  3. Add half the blueberries and give it a quick mix. 
  4. Pour oats into a bowl and top with remaining blueberries, honey, chia seeds and white chocolate chips. Serve hot!
