Creamy and Sweet Mocha Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Hey everyone! This mocha blueberry protein smoothie not only looks amazing but tastes wonderfully sweet and so delicious.

I haven't made myself smoothies in a very long time but I've discovered a new exciting and simple recipe that is truly delicious! It can honestly be made in two minutes and tastes absolutely amazing! If you love mocha and want to get your berries in then this is the recipe for you! Enjoy!



Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop of mocha protein powder (optional)*
Instructions
  1. Add the blueberries, honey, and protein powder into a blender. Gradually add milk - if you prefer a thicker smoothie, you won't need to add as much. Blend until you reach the desired consistency. Serve chilled and top with additional blueberries or some chocolate chips :) 
*or you could use espresso powder for the mocha flavour!
