Creamy Breakfast Mushroom Omelette

Hey everyone, here is a delicious creamy omelette to start off your day! This is a quick recipe to make but is sure to deliver in indulgence! This recipe is a combination of two of my favourite childhood breakfasts: my simple classic omelette, and mushrooms on toast. I hope you'll enjoy these delectable eggs for breakfast! 

Serves: 1

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms of your choice 
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp butter 
  • One slice of toast
  1. Sauté the mushrooms with some salt and pepper. when soft and cooked, add cream and reduce until thick. 
  2. Cook a simple omelette with salt and paper on nonstick pan with butter. 
  3. On a slice of toast, top with omelette and drizzle with mushrooms and cream. Serve hot and enjoy :)
