Tandoori Chicken Wrap in Garlic Herb Flatbread | Fun Lunch Recipes

Hey everyone, today I will be showing you how to make one of my favourite lunch options, a delicious tandoori chicken wrap with fresh veggies and a quick homemade yogurt and mint sauce.



Ingredients
  • 1 chicken breast, cut in strips, marinated as shown here
  • 1-2 baby cucumber cut in strips
  • 1/4 medium sliced onion
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 2 flatbread/roti/parantha/wrap
  • optional: salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook chicken in an oven heated at 475 or on a pan until cooked.
  2. Chop your mint and combine with yogurt. Mix in red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and pepper if using.
  3. Warm your flatbread in the oven or on a pan and spread half of your yogurt and mint sauce.
  4. Arrange your vegetables and chicken and roll up your wrap and enjoy!
