Wrapped Spicy Scrambled Eggs | Fun Lunch Recipes | Quick & Easy

Hey everyone, are you looking to have an added kick to your usual scrambled eggs? Then you're going to love my favourite spicy scrambled eggs! With green chilis and chilli powder mixed with onions and tomatoes you're in for a world of flavours! Add this to a whole wheat or paratha wrap or serve on some toast for a super satisfying breakfast.

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 wraps 
  • 1/2 small onion 
  • 1 large or 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1-3 green chilis 
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 2 tbsp oil 

  1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add in oil. 
  2. Once the pan is hot, sautee the onions until they are soft.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, and green chilis. Cook until the tomatoes become mushy. 
  4. Add in the eggs and cook the mixture until the eggs have completely cooked. Serve on toast or wrap the mixture in a paratha or whole wheat wrap.
