Coconut Flavoured Banana Chocolate Chip Overnight Oats | Breakfast Recipe

Hey everyone, here is a super fun recipe of literally the best overnight oats I've had yet! I had some leftover coconut milk from a curry I made for dinner a few nights back so I decided this would be a perfect way to use it! I find the stirring of all the ingredients tedious and a bit time-consuming, so I decided to be creative and just throw everything into my stand mixer! Boy did that help! If you wanna have the creamiest overnight oats ever then I'm sure you're gonna love this recipe! 

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Honey to taste
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana
  • Cool Whip
  • Chocolate chips to taste
  • Walnuts to taste


  1. Pour in oats, milk and coconut milk and mix. Add 2 tbsp honey, vanilla, chocolate chips, and the banana as your mixer is mixing. 
  2. Transfer the contents into a bowl and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, though ideally overnight.
  3. In the morning, top it off with additional chocolate chips, honey, and some Cool Whip. Enjoy the creaminess and sweetness to start your day! :)
