Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats | Breakfast Recipe

Hey everyone, this simple recipe is a great overnight oats option if you want creaminess with some delicious sweetness of blueberries that I'm sure you'll enjoy! Add some banana slices on top in the morning with some honey and you have a delicious start to your day!

Serves: 1 hungry person


  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Honey to taste
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 banana
  1. Combine all ingredients together reserving half of the blueberries and wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours. 
  2. Finish the overnight oats with the remaining blueberries, banana slices a drizzle of honey. Enjoy :)
