Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake Overnight Oats | Breakfast Recipe

In this recipe, I'll be showing you how to make a delicious overnight oats recipe that I recently came up with! I was totally craving chocolate but I've loved raspberry and strawberry cheesecake overnight oats I've had in the past. What better way to enjoy two favourite things than to come up with a chocolate cheesecake overnight oats! It was super chocolatey and I loved how creamy it got! The hint of espresso totally finished it off!

Serves: 1 hungry person

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp espresso 
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I use traditional dairy milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • 2 tbsp honey 
  • Cool Whip as desired 
  • Chocolate chips on top 
  1. Combine the yogurt and cream cheese first as they are hard to mix. 
  2. Add in milk and stir the thicker ingredients.
  3. Add in the oats and stir. 
  4. Next, add in the cocoa powder, espresso powder, vanilla and honey. Let cool in the fridge ideally overnight or for 4-6 hours. 
  5. In the morning, top it off with more honey, Cool Whip, and chocolate chips as desired. Enjoy!
