Anadi's Classic Omelette | Breakfast Recipes

Hey everyone, this recipe will show you how to make my go-to omelette combination! It's simply green chilis and some onion, but boy is it awesome! You'll be sure to love this! In the video I also show the technique on how to cook the perfect omelette, so you can apply these tips to create omelettes with your favourite ingredients.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 green chilis 
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Heat a pan on medium-low heat. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, onion and green chilis. Add in the butter and when it melts, pour in the egg mixture. Swirl the pan around to make sure it's coated evenly and then put a lid on. 
  2. Once your egg is cooked, fold it and serve with some nice toast! Enjoy :)
