How to Make The Fluffiest Pancakes Ever | Honey and Oat Pancakes Recipe

Hey everyone! Honey and oat pancakes are a classic pancake recipe that everyone enjoys for a comforting breakfast! It's a simple recipe which is why I'm taking this opportunity in the video below to show you how to make your best pancakes ever! Ingredients:
Dry mix
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tsp oil or butter for cooking
Wet mix
  • 1 cup milk of choice or water 
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:
  1. Set oven to 200 F. Mix in 1/4 cup of rolled oats combined with the wet and dry mixes.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the oil or butter.
  3. Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour out your some of your batter onto the pan. 
  4. Flip the pancake when bubbles start appearing and the underside is evenly brown. 
  5. Lower heat to medium low and cook for 2 minutes or until bottom is nice and brown. 
  6. Transfer your pancake onto a sheet pan in your oven and continue steps 2-5 until all of your batter is used. 
Serve with syrup, honey or whatever toppings you like! Serve hot and enjoy :)
